Thoughts From the Middle of Nowhere

2:06pm. The mountains of West Virgina are stunning. That part was fun. But driving through southern rural Ohio is an unfortunate, mind-numbing event. This must be where all the people in the witness protection program hide out.

In case you were wondering, eight hours in a mini-van is not compatible with neuromuscular disease at all. Just about two hours to go, but I won’t make it without copious amounts of ibuprofen. Actually, forget that, just give me a morphine drip.
